1. Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to US, CANADA, AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND only. All orders are processed from our trusted partner warehouses to ensure premium quality and affordable prices.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping: 7–15 business days, depending on where you live
You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard shipping on all orders – because every hustler deserves the fit.

2. Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
No stress. We offer 14-day hassle-free returns. Just make sure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Check our Returns Policy for all the details.

Can I exchange an item?
We don’t do direct exchanges yet. Return your item for a refund, then cop the size or color you need.

3. Product & Sizing 

Are your fits true to size?
Most are, but Glomr pieces are designed for movement, so some drops have an oversized streetwear fit. We’ll call it out in the product description if sizing runs different.

What materials do you use?
Premium & ethically sourced. We believe in conscious fashion — built tough for daily hustle, soft enough for all-day comfort.

Is checkout secure?
100%. We use SSL encryption and secure checkout, so your payment details stay locked.

What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal for the time being, but other payments methods are being considered.
